Job Summary As part of the Reservations team, the Reservations Agent is the first connection guests have when reaching out to Blue Hawaiian Helicopters.  This position will interact over the phone and email with guests from around the world taking reservations, resolving any booking issues, assisting with the flight schedule and group bookings for state-wide operations on all islands.  The Reservations Agent will handle general inquiries, direct external calls to designated departments or individuals to support operations.  The classification of this position is broad and assigned specific functional areas; duties and assignments may overlap depending on the operational needs of the department. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:   - Answer incoming and make outbound phone calls quickly and efficiently.  Screen and forward calls in a professional and courteous manner to internal departments or individuals as needed. - Demonstrate a friendly and positive tone of voice. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette - Develop a comprehensive understanding of tour offerings, booking policies, rates structures and upgrade options - Create and maintain reservations that are accurate and contain correct names, weights, payment and contact information - Monitor multiple email inboxes, responding to inquires in a timely manner while continuing to answer calls in a queue - Assist in maintaining efficient flight schedule, reviewing and action unconfirmed tours, consolidate tours and promote tour upgrades that achieves a profitable margin - Must have a can-do attitude and be able to solve problems efficiently and effectively - Review the next day’s reservations, resolve booking errors, and communicate changes to Reservations Management - Attend scheduled team meetings and 1:1 development meetings - Other duties as assigned Additional Job Requirements - Regular scheduled attendance - Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling - 2% Subject to applicable laws and Blue Hawaiian Helicopters policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position.  All employees must follow Blue Hawaiian Helicopters employment practices and policies. Job Summary Responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and alterations of Company operated aircraft and articles as assigned in accordance with Air Methods’ policies and procedures. Ensures company operational goals and objectives are met, while guaranteeing all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies and procedures, and applicable maintenance manuals. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: • Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance procedures, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, service letters, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations • Upon installation or removal of any component or assembly, the Mechanic shall verify by physical inspection or markings on the part that the part number and serial number match the associated documentation • Ensures all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies and procedures, and applicable maintenance manuals to include specific chapters • Actively participates in the continuous improvement phase (level 4) of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and is familiar with the SMS policies, processes, and procedures • Maintains work area in a clean and professional manner Responsible for correcting compliance or safety issues when directed by the Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, Chief Pilot, Regional Maintenance Director, Director of Safety, or Lead Mechanic • Responsible for advising the Pilot in Command (PIC) of any maintenance issues that would take an aircraft out of service • Responsible for validating or confirming the data in the Status Report concerning the aircraft he or she is working on including • Request aviation parts and supplies in order to maintain an adequate and orderly inventory of all stock items to ensure prompt repairs for operational readiness • Other Duties as assigned Additional Job Requirements Additional Job Requirements - Provide timely on call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary - Regular scheduled attendance - Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling: 25 – 50% - Periodic travel in support of Part 135 operations and company objectives will be expected. You’ll be responsible for carrying out the mission and goals of Air Methods CBS assuring that safety remains the highest priority throughout the transport continuum. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: • Provides pre-hospital advanced life support care from the initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility; maintains thorough patient care documentation. • Practices within his/her scope of practice as defined by the states regulating each base and Air Methods CBS. Maintains competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills by participating in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences. Communicates educational needs to the Medical Base Supervisor and Medical Education Coordinator. • Maintains documentation of required licensure, certifications, continuing education, aviation and safety training, OSHA and HIPAA training, clinical rotations, and advanced procedures. Attends minimum of six educational programs per year pertinent to his/her practice. • Knowledgeable in use and routine maintenance of all equipment and supplies used by Air Methods CBS. Responsible for reporting medical equipment failures and taking initial steps to insure repair of equipment as directed. Maintains adequate supplies onboard aircraft to deliver patient care. Keeps aircraft clean and orderly to insure rapid response to all transport requests. • Participates in patient and referring institution follow-up and planned outreach marketing and education activities. • Functions as a medical flight member by attending pre-mission briefings and mission debriefings and completes necessary documentation. Assists in pre-mission liftoff checklist and assists pilot as requested, i.e., radio, navigational, and visual observation activities. Complies with safety standards to assure safety of self, medical personnel, patient, and equipment. Conducts aircraft safety briefings as needed. • Serves as a flight resource to neonatal/pediatric personnel when transporting specialty patients by helicopter. Performs advanced skills and procedures as approved by Air Methods CBS Medical Director(s). • Serves as a role model, educator and clinical resource. Participates regularly in departmental activities, projects and committees (to include research and publishing opportunities). Job Summary The Concierge offers personalized recommendations and assistance in booking events, activities, tours, attractions, and other services that travelers seek in their destinations.  You will be working closely with our guests with a focus on providing extraordinary customer service to them, our lodging partners, and our supply partners. We help travelers get the most out of each destination, which in turn helps our lodging partners develop loyal guests and helps our supply partners grow their businesses. The Concierge is responsible for assessing guest needs and selling attractions and activity tickets that ensure a memorable vacation experiences.  Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:   - Provide each guest with a professional and courteous greeting and extraordinary customer service - Establish rapport and trust with the guest and assist guest in selecting the product that matches their needs. Needs are assessed via the discovery process (i.e., asking questions) - Ability to assess guests needs via the discovery process (i.e., asking questions) - Meet or exceed established sales targets in a commissioned environment - Demonstrate the ability to generate sales and up sell product by “painting the picture” and planning out the guest’s stay to improve their experience - Ability to solve guest issues in a timely fashion with satisfaction and a sense of urgency. Follow up on issues to ensure that they are resolved - Confirmed ability to sell in person and occasionally, on the phone - Use sales tools to invoke a sense of urgency to get the guest to commit; closes and books the sale and gets guest to make payment - Once trained, the Concierge will close and book sales as well as collect payment at the time of sale - Provide a thorough, detailed recap of the purchase along with properly thanking the guest for their business    Additional Job Requirements - Regular scheduled attendance - Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling - 0%   Subject to applicable laws and Blue Hawaiian policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position.  All employees must follow Blue Hawaiians’ employment practices and policies.
